Description

FIELDER is a very effective, protective and curative fungicide. It successfully controls leaf spot and rust disease of groundnut and blast disease of paddy crop.

Mode Of Action

FIELDER acts by dual mode of action: Carbendazim having systemic activity, which inhibits fungal mitotic microtubule formation (cell division) resulting in inhibiting the formation and development of fungal germ tube & growth of mycelia. While Mancozeb acts by contact action. After spraying it remains on the plant surface and after exposer to air, converted into an isothiocyanate, which inactivates the sulphahydral groups of enzymes in fungi. It disturbs the fungal enzyme functioning.
