Description

PENDILYNE is a herbicide of the dinitroaniline class used in pre-emergence and post-emergence applications to control annual grasses and certain broadleaf weeds. It inhibits cell division and cell elongation. Microtubule assembly inhibition.

Mode Of Action

It belongs to Dinitroaniline group of herbicides which acts by inhibiting the root growth by disruption of cell division and elongation. After the application, it quickly spread on the soil. It alters in the cell wall formation in both root and shoot resulting in plant death by lack of new cell formation.
